Do not wash your hair 24-48 hours after extension application or touch-ups for proper bonding.
Do not put conditioner, oils, masks, or oily scalp treatments anywhere from the scalp to the ears.
Apply From the ears down to the ends ONLY.
Shampoo should only be applied to the scalp to ear level.
Moisturizing professional shampoo and conditioner is required. Do not use any shampoo's with sodium chloride or sulfates.
Brush your hair 2X per day from scalp to ends in sections, only with given extension brush.
Do not use hot tools but 2 times a week
Don't EVER go to bed with your hair wet or keep your hair wet for excessive lengths of time
Don't sleep with your hair in ponytails or buns (loose braids are preferred)
Don't put your hair up when it's damp or wet.
When washing use the pads of your fingers to massage your scalp, not your nails.
If doing any extremely active activities: swimming, ocean, motorcycle riding, sky diving, etc. put your hair in a braid.
It's normal to lose a couple extension pieces throughout your cycle. This is due to hundreds of hairs we shed per day. In result, you may have less hair attached to the extension than what you originally started with. Don't forget to keep the extension because it can be put back in and re-used. This is another reason why you don't want to go too long in between your extension touch-up appointments.
